Ran at the Y at 8.7mph at 1% grade for full 25min. Managed to finish but felt pretty week by the end. I think I need a rest day...

Another swim at the Y. Felt pretty good. Managed to do a 100m swim which is a big deal for me ;) Did a bunch of 50m reps as well.
