Pretty good hill session. I ran to the hills at a pretty fast pace so I couldn't give them 100% but I still felt pretty good.

Run home after hills. Took it pretty easy all the way. In a sense it was like running one big hill to get home anyways. My legs felt kinda jelly near the end. I did a good long stretch in my sunroom but I didn't count that as training. I only ever log the "physical" part of it. Feels great to be back in the groove.
