I planed a new rout today. A good 3km rout that will be excellent sprint training. I did it in just over 12 minutes tonight but I feel like I could easily cut that down to 11 in a couple of weeks of good running. My goal is to do sub 11 on it. Shouldn't be hard. It's also perfect to get me trained up for the 3km track and field event. Over all I felt really strong today and am pumped to really start training. I realized yesterday that I have been kinda kidding myself training wise. I REALLY need to pick it up. So, I AM GOING TO PICK IT UP!!!! :) Cant wait to get training! Tonight really motivated me.
