Joaquin Miller Trail-O now called Pre-O. I do not have the patience to do well in this event.

Orienteering 45:05 intensity: (1:14 @1) + (6:20 @2) + (5:29 @3) + (16:04 @4) + (15:58 @5) 1.79 mi (25:11 / mi) +90m 21:46 / mi

Joaquin Miller “Sprint”. This was great fun. Made about a 3 minute error on #14. Otherwise only a few bobbles. It was getting so dark that map reading was becoming problematical. Was able to run much of the way.

Brown Course at Sacramento Bar. Pretty much mistake free. I moved quite slowly on the rocks, but was able to jog most of the trails. After two consecutive tight courses I am mentally ready for the COW events. These severe allergies are taking a toll on my sleep, Pills now don’t seem to help. Since may people are suffering I suppose the air is thick with allergens because of the vast amount of rain we have been having.
