Told my boss I needed an easy recovery day after my 2 days out in the woods. He said that he had an easy body weight workout. I told him I would do half his weight and half his reps. He is in some Cory G abs contest. I could not move most parts of my body until Wednesday because of this.
Workout involved lots of reps. lunges, squats, good mornings, pull ups, deficit pushup, handstand pushups(or military press for me) dips, bodywieght skullcrushers, ab wheel.
