Firefighter Combat Challenge 6:00:00 [3]

8AM to 8PM Doing work. Forcible entry training. Irons, saws, blacked out, confined space, one man, two man, many different iterations. My body is beat, My arms and hands are shattered. No bruises or broken fingers this time but I melted the reflective part of my turnouts again.. I need a week off.

Guessing on distance. I forgot to start my watch. Good course and run. Mathew was a way faster runner but kept screwing up and I ended up beating him by 30 secs. Dont know how I did yet.

I am beat and need to go to bed. Tomorrow the real work starts with 10hrs of forcible entry hands on training. i am going to get my arse kicked.

The deception pass dash is not happening this year. There has been some talk at sound rowers to do a ghost race on December 2nd. Would anybody be interested in joining me? We could also do a ride or run after.

Night hike with the scouts. started about 8:30. There was a task station about every mile so actual time was about 5.5 hrs and we finish about 2AM home about 3:30 in bed at 4. Back up at 7 for Orienteering.
