PTOC sprint, annual meeting and potluck
I was feeling crappy and sluggish all day, and I did not want to run a fast sprint at 4:30 on a record-high day (it hit 34c). But I still tried in the beginning, until I made a huge mistake at 4 and then the heat got me down. So I just slogged through to the finish, walking most of the way.

Took the day off from work. Still feeling sluggish and tired, so these sprint drills didn't go very well. I had planned to do 4 or 5 reps but I completely fell apart on the third rep so I knew it was time to stop.
I'm worried that I won't be in decent shape for my first sprint. It's less than 2 weeks away. I'm never in great shape for this first event, but I don't like how I'm feeling right now.
It's pretty cool that AP recognizes these as "sprint drills" now from Garmin Connect
