Long outing at Clinton. Perfect temps (21) but very windy and humid. I only saw a two bikers,but several groups of hikers.

4/2 repeats. I got tired near the end, and just walked the last 10 minutes. I'm surprised my legs were dead, it was a light week.

Listened to some podcasts to pass the time. I am way behind on my podcasts. I seem to go through phases: where I listen to them a lot, or I rarely listen to them. Just finished a "rarely" phase.

Fat Line O at JCCC. This was tough to start, because I had a rough day at work and I was in a pissy mood. I kept thinking of all the things I wanted to say to the Evil One at work. I had to really talk myself into calming down and concentrating on the task at hand.

Goal was to look ahead and around. Mike invented this Fat Line O (FLO) and it's a really good exercise to do in a familiar area.

I didn't really think this through when I drew the course. I'm used to running here in the off season or on weekends. I had drawn some routes in the middle of roads and through parking lots. Which were full of moving cars tonight! Very dangerous, but added something extra to make me look around some more.
