Decided to go to the river trail, for a change. Ran very slowly, 4/1 repeats. It was nice to be in the shade and enjoying the view of the trees and the river. However, I did have to watch out for speeding mountain bikers, and jump out of the way often.

Nice ride after dinner. Only problem was my buns were really sore after the mountain biking a few days ago, so I stood up a lot tonight!
