I planned to do some sprint drills today, but I feel like crap. I have an infection and it's got me down. No focus or energy today. Lay around the house all day, napping and watching movies.

Very nice visit with ebuckley who stopped to spend the night on his way to Colorado. And brought a very lovely bottle of NY State wine, which we enjoyed together. Nice to see you Eric!

Mike and I went out to the Clinton trails. It was hot, humid and still. My legs got tired on the way back, even thought I was doing 4/1 repeats. Each time my one minute break was up, I cursed when my watch buzzed and told me to start jogging again.
