Love having the 620 to track more data than I know what to do with. Fun to see my ground contact rime when I run fast. Just wish the HR monitor was consistent
The sessions are getting progressively harder, which is good. I actually worked up a bit of a sweat tonight. Still not sure how I fell about yoga nidra, which we do at the end of each class. Weird, but definitely relaxing....

The Corporate Challenge 5K is coming up in a few weeks, and I'd like to run under 30 minutes. Since I rarely run a race, I thought I should prepare a little bit. Plan is to do a hard 6K run each Sunday, but speed up the pace and slowly change the surface each week. Today's goal was 8 min/k on trails. Mike and I went out to Clinton to run on the north shore in the park.
This was tough and not so tough. Tough because my legs got tired, and after 4K, I had to walk up some hills. Not tough, in that the time went quickly and I had no problem holding the pace steady.
