PT office visit today. She re-assessed me to check my progress. I told her I felt 80% better. She noted that my muscle tone is improved and that my flexibility has increased some what. I'm very flexible in the front, but my entire "posterior train" is very tight. So, stick with the stretching regime she has already given me.
We also discussed massage, ultrasound and K tape. She thought massage would be best for my situation. She massaged my hamstring for 5 minutes, which was painful at times. She suggested daily massages for the next week. I'll try it and see.
Right now, sitting at how a few hours later, my hamstring still feels like it was put through a ringer. I thought I might go for a walk this evening, but I think resting is a better idea.
