Mike drew me a course at Rockcrusher. Iasked for long legs, since I've been having problems concentrating lately. It was a good idea to practice some more.
Still doing insane moves, like turning the wrong way on the trail (on the way to 2), or not climbing high enough (on the way to 4).
But some how, after that, I managed to turn the brain back on, and just had to deal with getting up and down the hills. Good practice for West Point.
