Some times I wish I didn't have a weekly training plan. Today called for 60 minutes of biking. Now, I'm not opposed to changing the plan, to running for example, but my legs are pretty tired this week. So I really wanted to bike. Problem was it was 45 degrees out. And I'm a biking wimp. So I loaded up with lots of clothes, and borrowed a pair of winter biking gloves from Mike and went out. I was dressed OK, except my neck got cold (wish I wore a turtleneck shirt) and my feet got cold at the end. Not many other bikers on the path today, but several dog walkers.

Plan was to do some hill repeats, but as I started the first one, I realized it was not going to happen. Legs were surprisingly tired from yesterday. So I went for a light jog on the trails.

"NAOC sprint" after work at JCCC. Mike drew me a course, and I tried to concentrate on the navigation (instead of thinking about the running). I did OK; one mistake at 12. And I got tired near the end. But I finished three hard days in a row. So I'm satisfied.
