I was working at home today, so it was easy to do some training in the basement. I was home because we had a sun tunnel installed in the kitchen--it looks great.

Testing Mike's course on the new Daisy Hill map. I tried to push it at race pace, which I did for the first 23 minutes, and then I hit the wall. Had to stop a few times to read the map, because I still can't run (relatively) fast, and read the map, at the same time. Need more practice.

Almost made this a total slug day. Slept till 9, joined my friends for a "new house" celebration, consisting of several margaritas and way too much Mexican food, and then came home a took a nap. Decided I should do something, at least, to counter act this day, so I went for a quick ride along the usual route. It was a spectacularly beautiful summer evening.
