Got a late start on another hot day, so I just did some control picking on West Campus.

OMG it was only 95 degrees today! Time to exercise outdoors. Mike and I went for a leisurely bike ride. Some topics of conversation: Croatian water polo uniforms; Canadian badmitton; Olympic and orienteering sponsorships; and how to climb hills on your bike.

Another 100+ day, another basement workout. I'm bored with this hot weather routine. Maybe I'll change my ways and wake up earlier in the morning to train outdoors while it is still (somewhat) cool.

Not!

Another Sunday, another trail run at Clinton. Much better this week. Helps that I started two hours earlier than last week. No problem keeping the pace today, although my quads got more and more tired on the way back. But that's the point isn't it?
