I asked Mike to draw me a course at Kill Creek that was mostly terrain, rather than trails. I need to move through the woods more. Perfect course, nice day, fun to go with Mike.

I went to Clinton tonight, what a surprise. Very cold, but clear skies and nice stars. Legs were tired by the end.

Mike and I went to the far end of Clinton for a long trail run. I walked 10, then 6 repeats of 7 jog/3 walk, then walked 10. Perfect day to be out, 40 degrees and overcast. Didn't see another person the whole time. Still have to walk up any big hills, but I was able to push through the minor hills that I used to walk. Tired by the end. Time to sit, eat and watch.
