cycle 40:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (10:00 @3)

Mike and I rode to the movie theater to see "This is It". Good movie; interesting to see how they developed and practiced for the concert. Also a little sad, to know that it really was it.

walk warm up/down 13:00 [1]

run/walk 22:00 intensity: (2:00 @1) + (20:00 @3)

at Clinton on a beautiful evening. 2X 1w/10 j. Legs were tired, trail was rocky and more up-n-down than I wanted, so it was tough tonight. Also got whacked in the shin by a big stick. Ouch.

When I returned to the car, I noticed something seemed to be a bit odd. Since it was an unusual 70 degrees tonight, I had locked up the car, but forgotten that the windows were down :)

run/walk 18:00 intensity: (2:00 @1) + (16:00 @3)

another nice evening at Clinton with Mike. 2X 1w/8j. Felt pretty good. I think my legs are beginning to remember how to do this stuff.

walk warm up/down 6:00 [1]

run/walk 24:00 intensity: (3:00 @1) + (21:00 @3)

on the trails at Clinton. 3X 1w/7j. First fall run with the headlamp. I was a little nervous because the trails were rocky, covered with leaves, and a light mist was falling. I was glad that Mike was running in the same area; we could see each others headlights bobbing in the night.

erg 20:00 [2]

weights 20:00 [2]

Glad I was only listening to the Giants game, instead of watching. One, because it was easier to exercise during the game, and two, I only got slightly sick to my stomach, instead of actually barfing.

cycle 20:00 [2]

finally turned off the radio in the middle of the 4th quarter, and went outside to enjoy this fabulous (70's) sunny weather. Nice.
