Mike and I rode to the movie theater to see "This is It". Good movie; interesting to see how they developed and practiced for the concert. Also a little sad, to know that it really was it.
at Clinton on a beautiful evening. 2X 1w/10 j. Legs were tired, trail was rocky and more up-n-down than I wanted, so it was tough tonight. Also got whacked in the shin by a big stick. Ouch.
When I returned to the car, I noticed something seemed to be a bit odd. Since it was an unusual 70 degrees tonight, I had locked up the car, but forgotten that the windows were down :)
on the trails at Clinton. 3X 1w/7j. First fall run with the headlamp. I was a little nervous because the trails were rocky, covered with leaves, and a light mist was falling. I was glad that Mike was running in the same area; we could see each others headlights bobbing in the night.
Glad I was only listening to the Giants game, instead of watching. One, because it was easier to exercise during the game, and two, I only got slightly sick to my stomach, instead of actually barfing.

finally turned off the radio in the middle of the 4th quarter, and went outside to enjoy this fabulous (70's) sunny weather. Nice.
