Bonner test loop again. I was really hoping for a PR. I pushed hard, and jogged 95% of the course (wonder if or when I'll jog it all ?) Felt pretty good, but was disappointed in my time. Slowly getting back to the form I had last spring.
Final diving class tonight. I accomplished what I wanted: I am able to do a real forward dive, complete with three step approach, two bounces. with arm movements, the whole bit. I even did a few tuck dives tonight. I am especially happy that tonight I was able to tell when my approach _wasn't_ right, and to stop. I had read somewhere that a diver knows if he missed the dive just by the approach. Never thought I would be able to tell the difference, but tonight I began to feel it.
I wasn't planning to run today, but the temperature was 60! (60! 60!) degrees, so how could I waste that? Went to Bonner park and did some of Mike's control picking course. Included a dozen controls at the end, on a Google Earth photo. Very cool. Required a whole different way of thinking. Fun.
