Bonner test loop. I haven't run this in a while, and I wanted to see how much running fitness I have lost. I didn't warm up enough (I wanted to start while there was still some light left). As a result, I had to stop a few times just to walk and stretch. Overall, not my best effort. Ah well, now I know where I stand.

Night Score O at the Heartland training camp. I seem to have a pretty mild version of the AP cold, so I decided to walk the course tonight. Felt OK, so I even jogged sometimes. Until I hit the wall at 45 minutes. Walked it in after that. Lots of fun.

Great weather helped ensure a great turnout. Between the JROTC and adventure racers, there were about 75 people running around the woods tonight.

I shouldn't hang out on AP so much; I picked up the cold that everyone else has this week.

Vetting a few PTXI controls, and getting used to moving at night again (there is a night O event this weekend). Surprised to see several other trail runners, and mountain bikers, out there tonight. Their headlamps were not as bright as mine, though! Also scared up a big buck. I think that is only the second time I've seen a buck at SMP.

Note

Shower update: Ken installed a replacement shower door today. We'll wait a few days to see if it explodes again :)
