sprint drills (downhill) 22:00 intensity: (10:00 @1) + (10:00 @2) + (2:00 @4) 2.13 km (10:21 / km) +3m 10:17 / km

Downhill sprint drills, which are lots of fun! Whheee! HR data is still totally bogus, but the running dynamics seem to be working well. Got my cadence up around 250. Only had time for 3 reps before the rain started. Made it back home just before it got really heavy.
