AMAZING trail from Camas Malag beach in Torrin, South to Suishnish then East to Boreraig before returning the same way. Howling wind and rain into my face for the first section to Suishnish, then battering me straight off the sea along to Boreraig.
Incredible places, ruins all over the coast line from the Clearances back in 19th century. Some more modern crofts have come and gone since too.
Made sure I ran it all, apart from the stops to take dozens of pics.

Bit sore on the last couple of miles, back feeling it having not run for a fortnight.

Note

MRI results came up with nothing major to have to treat, no inflammatory issues, not need for Orthopaedic care or surgery.
Also no firm diagonosis, told I need to work out what works best for me in terms of stretching, strengthening etc.

Told it was OK to keep on running, I just had to learn to manage it differently. Hopefully I can work out what works best and get back to some hard sessions again, I've missed them a little bit.
