Strength & Conditioning 35:00 [2]

Great evening S&C workout combining the core work I've been trying to do with the Kim Baxter S&C stuff...

Step Ups, Wall Squats (5x45s), Planks (5 types), Bridge, Sit ups (5 x 15), Clam into Running Man, Raised Plank Mountain Climbers, Dorsal Raises, Prone Heel Raises

All working glutes and core really well, feel like I've had a good going over.

Portlethen to Office after dropping car off for more brake issues... harder work than I expected it to be.

Bike back to garage in Portlethen to collect car in light rain. Not ideal conditions but kinda fun. Need to buy a temporary mud guard.

Note

So today is MRI day... big leap into the unknown for me. Hoping it's more muscular/ligament than structural. Guess I'll maybe find out in a couple of weeks...

Bloody tough run home from Stoney. Planned to take it easy out of town up to the A92 then push hard for 3.5m to far end of E Mains of Barras straight then easy back home over Chapel of Barras.
Didn't account for the wind though... 20mph headwind made it brutal!
