Ride over from house to Potarch via Barras, A90, Swanley, Slug to Knockburn, Strachan to Feughside then over Shitting Greens a broken mess.
Wind was more from North West than forecast suggested making every descent from Slug onwards a struggle.
Fitness is just awful just now... hate it.

Coaching - SRC Long Hills - 21 folk.
Session was from bottom of Slug Rd, up to Princess Rd, left up to Arduthie Rd, down to Evan St then walk last 100m. Got long folk to do 5 laps. Maybe should have been 6.
Also not great spot for narrow pavements. Need to think of better spots to gather group.

Lovely midweek day off for Kate's birthday and we took in the sights of Northern Stoney with a run from LC up past Mackie Academy and into Ury, past the house, up the Crypt trail then anti-clockwise loop around Glithno road past Monboys.
Cut back to Crypt via little moorland section, then new trail from Crypt back to Ury via very short field hop. (Nice new loop)
Along to Netherley Rd, down to LC then up golf course road to Skatie Shore trail, down onto beach for a glorious end to the run along the short, climbing the headland onto golf course then back via Cowie cliff path.
Great to run easy, still my back was agony as soon as I stopped...

Recovery run whilst Oli at swimming, heart rate was sky high for some reason, did feel quite tired. Stopped to chat to Chris C at Station Hotel for a few mins, forgot to start watch again so it's an estimated time. Felt OK but back still stiff.
