Nav was pretty good throughout, legs just got heavier and heavier. Back not great in 2nd half. Frustrating day. Loved it out there.

Early morning pre brekkie blast into Stoney joining Steve T on last 8 miles of his 20m run. Amazed at how fast he was going.
Felt hard work, back pretty sore for last few miles.

SRC Short Speed - Coaching

Sets around Christie Cres and Kings Rd via George Tce. 2 sides hard - 2 easy, 3 hard - 1 easy, all sides hard. 1 min rest. Folk seemed to work real hard which was good. Fast lads did 4 x 3 laps. Slowest folk were finished quicker after 2 sets. Maybe push them to another 2 laps?

I did a mix of fast and slow stuff around the session. Warm down via Brickfield with Steve T back to car. Legs feeling it from last night.

Awesome evening run around and over Strathfinella Hill with Neil from the SE car park. Headed directly up spur onto summit track then across towards Clattering Brig side before winding our way back via the Southern tracks.
Really tough climb for 25 mins then glorious rolling tracks back under a bright starry sky.
The power of a run to make you feel magic is like no other... great run.

Easy shakedown run whilst Oli was at his 30 mins swimming lesson. Bit of tightness around the R adductor and R quad (same tightness I felt walking at lunchtime)
