Collins Bonnet with Cathy, Jon, Jett, Zali, Miley and Bricky. We made it to the top this time but it was misty and rainy so no view. Tried out my new hiking pack and waterproof pants.

Gym again as it was pissing with rain and I am hiking tomorrow.

10 mins on the bike then five rounds of:

Squat x 60kg x 5
Leg raises x 20
Ring pull-ups x 20
Calf raises x 20 each leg

Tabata session with niece and nephew. They did brilliantly but balked at the final round of squat jumps so I suffered that one on my own while they warmed down on the treadmill.

Sit-ups x 20 x 4, leg lifts x 20 x 4
Box jumps x 20 x 8
Plank x 20 x 4, Superman x 20 x 4
Wall skier sits x 20 x 8
Kettle bell swings x 20 x 8
Squat jumps x 20 x 8

Ride to Huonville to meet up with the family on the way to camping trip. Bit of a headwind and on Supergirl so wasn't setting any records. But enjoyed it anyway.

Reasonably tough session. Slight stuff up with bikes meant we couldn't ride which was a shame as it was a perfect evening,

Very easy cruise along the pipeline track with nephew and niece. Had intended to go for a run but calf was still quite sore and kids wanted to go for a ride while Tom did the North-South track. The fact that he was a fair bit faster than us is indicative of our speed, but in our defence we had a few mechanicals.
