OK, here's my baseline:
137 pounds (post-Thanksgiving, with all my clothes, shoes and bike helmet on - heck, might as well milk it). Goal: 125. = lose 2 pounds per month. I think the first 6 should be relatively easy since I was weighing in at 131 not too long ago.
11.25 minutes/mile jogging. Should be improvable. Goal: 9 minute miles, and the occasional 8.5. And long runs.
5.5 minutes/mile biking. I'll take the bike in for a tune-up; bet that will help.
Strength/flexibility: weak & inflexible.
