road bike 1:08:04 [3] 15.68 mi (13.8 mph) +302m

Got up at the pleasant hour of lunchtime o'clock, and last night's rain had blown through and it was sunny and 50. Too muddy for trails, but all the pavement was totally dry, so I went for a road bike to the airport. Saw probably 100 people on the bike path, with an appropriate 1:2 ratio of people to dogs.

run 47:08 [3] 4.3 mi (10:58 / mi) +140m 9:57 / mi

Felt warmish out, but things had already started to ice back up, so it was pretty slippery in places.

run 44:14 [3] 4.3 mi (10:17 / mi) +150m 9:17 / mi

Carol got me a new headlamp for Xmas, so I went for a night run to test it out. Good stuff. Lots of mud out.

skate ski 1:00:43 [3] 13.02 km (4:40 / km) +323m 4:09 / km
shoes: 13 fischer rcr ski-o (109)

Easy ski around ASC. Trails were empty, and it was nice and warm, so pretty great out. It looked like they burned a lot of snow to make yesterday's classic race (Anna with the win!) happen, so it's about time to dribble a few more inches out of the sky.

Back to work tomorrow. James timed himself fairly nicely with the regular company Xmas shutdown, so I only ended up taking 9 days of parental leave for 3.5 weeks off (which leaves 21 days left for later). Plus I work from home most of the time anyway, so hopefully things aren't totally dumped on Carol now.
