Flume trail half?

Flume Trail Half. Four miles up, many miles flat, three miles very down. This went quite well, I felt good for the whole thing and felt like I could actually push a bit instead of just cruising, even through the end. Views were fantastic of course.

Darkish run around Glenshire, with some solid moon shadows at the end.

Also I got a Fitbit (because work), and this was 5985 steps. That’s 0.95 fitsteps per meter. And it said it was 47 flights of stairs. That’s 0.326 flights per meter of climb. And 250 jumpy dudes. That’s 250 jumpy dudes per beer. And I won two badges. Yo if AP gave me badges when I went for slow jogs I’d train all you suckers into the ground. But it doesn’t so you’re safe.
