Knee still felt swollen today, so I went out for an easy spin to see how it was. Didn't make it worse. I think I must have hyperextended it once or twice sloshing around in the snow on Sunday, as this is the sort of swelling I've gotten in the past from doing that.

Hills with Carol. The bendy part of the knee is fine, so these didn't hurt or have any problems, but I took them a little bit easy anyway.

Wednesday night training at Donner Lake. My right knee has been feeling kindof swollen today, so I wasn't pushing too hard. Not sure if it's from sitting funny while working last night or from beating it up on the weekend.

Club run up the bottom end of the Castle Peak trail, then a bonus loop (with miscellaneous getting lost / bushwhacking) with JP. Also mosquitos. Lots of mosquitos.
