Ride with Andrew and his friend out Emigrant, and then back around Prosser to the super sketchy singletrack by the dam that's gotten much most sketch in the last couple years. Walked most of that one. Had an hour of downtime in the middle when Andrew broke his fancy seatpost and we were sitting around doing some mid-trail blacksmithing.

They went fishing at donner lake, so after some seat-modifications I took the kayak down and wandered around the west end and up the river a bit.

Wednesday night training mtb/run-o duathlon. A mtb-o loop, then a shorter run loop. I was setting controls for both but was short on time, so I set them both on the bike.

Started raining two minutes after I left, started giant-hailing five minutes later. It hurt a lot so I turned around to bail, but it blew over before I was halfway home so I did a bonus loop around the dry side of the mountain.

We got kayaks. They're awesome.
And I did 42 meters of climb.

Swam around a bit when we were done. I kindof want to be better at swimming.
