Long run day with Carol. Sugar Bowl to Squaw, with three bonus peaks in there because they're on our list. We were initially planning on five (there's two more west of Granite Chief), but ran out of food and water and energy. Pace was nice and relaxed, and most of it was on the PCT so the hills weren't bad at all. Fantastic views all day. Finished with a 1000m quadbusting descent down the ski area road.

Ride down through town. Both knees still felt ok at the end, which was neat.

Canadian Champs long distance. Took a lift up a ways on Blackcomb, then the course was lots of super steep sidehilling and descent back to the base. Had almost a km of marked routes in several places through the forest where it was too steep and dangerous to let us run on our own. It was pretty thick and the footing sucked, and I wasn't having too great of a time. I think I would have rather preferred a long distance on the full map from the middle.

Canadian champs sprint in whistler village. Lots of people around (there's a yoga festival here this weekend), but didn't flatten too many of them. Had a few mistakes - one where I stopped to check if it was the token inside-outside trap leg for the course (it was), but then 180d out of the tunnel I was in and made a completely different parallel error. Then a few more where I couldn't tell if the line was crossable thickness or not so I just went around anyway, but most had been in fact crossable.

Fundraiser race on the top of Whistler Mt. Easy 2k course that you had to guess your predicted time and then run it without a watch. Knew it was super crappy footing from last time, so I said 32:10. Ended up about 1:30 off, though I can't remember which direction it actually was.
