COCs middle. First part was lots of control picky reentrant stuff which was pretty easy, then some longer legs through green and swamps and fun bits.

COCs sprint at McMaster. A couple mistakes, one because I read the clue description from the start triangle instead of the first control (who puts clues on the start?), and another where a paved edge line + black circle + purple line overprint all overlapped and combined to look like a fence, so I got confused for a bit trying to route plan around it.

run 1:00:48 [3] 5.62 mi (10:49 / mi) +202m 9:44 / mi

Slow run down the creek. A little bit snowy out, and cold. Finally found the sneaky way back to the house through the woods.

Quick ride around TD. Saw lots of cows, including a few very fuzzy ones that were standing right on the singletrack.

Super control pick with Carol on the new section of Little Truckee Summit. Lots of nice open bits, felt pretty tired on the uphills though. I've got a big crack on the callus under the ball of my left foot, which hurts a bunch and makes me run funny.
