Backpacking trip with Carol and Andrew into the high Sierra down by Mammoth. Brought the new gps logger to see if it really has 42 hours of battery time - didn't get that long, but it hit 25 or so and was still going strong.

castle peak with Carol. super duper hot out, we got some breezes above treeline, but the beginning was all muggy mosquito party. Slipped a couple times on the steep loose bits, and the knee didn't feel great, but for the most part it was ok.
