felt absolutely awesome today. not sure what I did yesterday, but I woke up this morning (after 3 hours of sleep) and felt great. both knees worked (first time in a couple weeks), back didn't hurt that much, and I was even mostly hydrated. drilled with the coach today, threw him around all day long.

so in the brilliance of mit they managed to schedule a PE jujitsu class at the same time as our practice in the same room. and, big suprise, to fix it they kicked us out. so we can't actually practice two days a week for a while.

which is a good thing because I feel totally wasted today. leg and back cramps all day long. gee good thing I don't have any classes.
