worked the marathon today giving out water and gatorade. saw will and I think benetis, but both were on the other side of the road so they didn't see me.
we acid burned the circle today, to get it a little rough. when they first pour the concrete it sets polished smooth, so its really hard to throw on. all better now. mmm fun with hcl.

snatch, front squat, stepups, bench, pullups.
hip a little shaky on the snatches, but other than that ok.
so last night I had this weird dream that my hip hurt a lot and then my leg exploded. except then I woke up and my hip really did hurt. I think it tightened up and spasmed and pulled itself while I was sleeping. must have been dehydration or something. it felt totally fine yesterday. anyway it really hurt a lot and I couldn't get back to sleep for an hour or so until the 4 vitamin I kicked in. this morning its better, but I still can't walk without limping a lot. see, sleeping is dangerous.
