Did the shorter hard nav course today. Nice effort by first time bush setter Jack. Too low on 2 and parallel error on 8, lost probably 2 minutes all up. Steady pace where I could ie flat or downhill but walked all the uphills (physio's orders!).

Covered almost as much territory as my run earlier (don't tell my physio!) but a fair amount slower (forgot to turn off the Garmin on one - obvious - car leg!)
