Roadies at the wetlands. Only the short as I manage Achilles and toe issues as well as saving some energy for a hot afternoon on the golf course.

In Bourkelands, rescheduled from last week when it was just too hot. Not too bad running today although time was limited to 30 minutes. Achilles felt OK running at a reduced pace following a bit of massage treatment earlier in the afternoon by my Chiropractor! She did however recommend that I see a physio:-)

Morning trail run with Deb (she did 5km) in Bright before coming home. Nice single trail and then fire trails along Morses Creek, out on one side and return on the other. Really enjoyed the run but Achilles has flared up badly afterwards.
