Roadies on Rocky Hill, so on very familiar ground just out our back gate. Tough course with lots of climb (and downhills!) but enjoyed it and happy enough with time.

Later morning run on Rocky Hill. Ran parts of the September Roadies course and met the organiser out remarking some of the less obvious trails (apparently a large % of runners got misplaced yesterday!). Helped him out by running the vague section 3 times! Had planned an earlier run with Deb but was feeling congested with a chest cold so left it until the fog had cleaned and temp risen a little.
