shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 16 Blue

2nd week at Holbrook Rd hills. Pleased with 1 min 40 faster than last week. Pushed a bit harder on the downhills so quads a bit tight tonight.

Exercise bike 35:00 [3]

Awful weather outside in Sydney today so spent 30 minutes or so on the exercise bike in the hotel Gym. Certainly worked up a sweat!

Running 42:08 [3] 7.72 km (5:28 / km) +31m 5:21 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 17 green

Broke out the "new" (bought them last year) shoes for a run in Sydney (down all week and maybe next week too). From hotel in the city out thru Darling Harbour, the Pyrmont sprint map and the Fish Markets. Back via Ultimo. Run was OK but didn't enjoy all the hard pavement. Might have to try elsewhere later in the week.

Orienteering (Mapping) 1:30:00 [1]

Started a remap of some parts of Connorton that need "thinning out".

Day didn't start well as, much too my disgust (especially after my comments last weekend), I bogged the Prado quite nicely, all for the sake of saving 20m walk! No real defense but the property is as wet as I've have ever seen it in over 10 years coming out here. Almost got worse when the property owner, having come to my rescue, nearly bogged his 4WD ute, and he was on the track!

Managed to get a little bit of work done despite all that and whilst regularly checking the live tracking of Briohny in her Gold Coast Marathon debut (I won't steal her thunder re her result!)
