Upped the running distance today: 500m walk then 1km steady trot, then 500m walk/run/walk and finished with 1km easy run. Felt pretty good and happy to be making steady progress.

Afternoon effort along the river in Albury. 500m walk then 500m slow run. Felt a bit better than Saturday so making progress.

Walked (quickly - as per Michael Burt) the medium course at Pomingalarna today. Couple of small mistakes pushed my time over 10min/km but otherwise enjoyed it. Nice course from Pauline and good numbers again today, with a number of more regular "newcomers" which is a positive.
