Control site checking for Day 2 of Easter 2014. Great day to be in the bush, just a few issues to resolve.

Afternoon run from home. A loop out the back gate and along the firetrail, through the cemetery and out to the roundabout. Started to head down Copeland St but that was too boring so turned around and went back the way I had come. Hammy was much better today but still taking it slowly.

Short run after work, mostly on Rocky Hill with a short loop down to the Kooringal Rd roundabout. Grass is getting very long on the hill!

Hammy felt OK but still not right:-( May have to try Briohny's (and Trent's) physio.

Spent an hour or so checking the Livingstone map, mainly for access and major track changes ahead of our club event in October. Will need to go back again for more checking.

Afternoon ride with Deb, basically a loop on the roads around the Lake. We both got Magpie-swooped in Kilpatrick St just near home on the way back. Will be avoiding that area for a while.
