Afternoon run with Briohny from her place through Tatton streets then along the top of Tolland/Kooringal ridge to Willans Hill. Followed the trails to the road underpass at Baden Powell where I stopped to stretch my left calf which had started to tightened up again.

Briohny continued on a longer loop to the north while I did a slow shorter lap around the reservoir. We met again at the underpass but split again on the south side when she went up the hilly single track and I ran the flatter main trail. Met again at the big saddle and we both stopped to stretch at the top of the hill before heading back to her house.

Hammy was really good but now calf is a worry just 6 days before we fly out to Italy.

Went for a somewhat belated pre-Italy ride with Deb. We have sort of been planning to do something for weeks but just haven't managed it. Anyway a nice ride even if the wind was a bit blustery.
