Out the back gate but decided to turn right and run the single track for a change. This firstly winds along the east side of Rocky Hill before going back up to the spine and all the way to the southern end. Really nice through all the granite boulders (maybe just maybe will map it one day!) Then down the steep hill to the southern end of the Cemetery, along the fence and finally out to Kooringal Rd and down the cycle track to Marshall's Ck bridge. Turned around and came home the same way. Tough climb back up to the top and glad I had the head lamp as the single track is quite rocky in places. Will definitely do this again!

Afternoon lap of the Lake with Deb. We ran the first km together then I picked up my pace a little. Leg was a bit tight after the physio this morning but pulled up OK afterwards. Unplanned first run in new shoes as I left my current pair at work!
