Note

Comp golf. Finally some good form: 40 points and a few left out there - 2 x 3 putts (both inside a metre), one wipe and 2 x 1 pointers, including the 18th which was very annoying! Consistency and concentration were the keys today.

Morning ride from home out along Vincent and Mitchell Rds to Rawlings Park then through Rawlings to the Lake. Around the southern end and out past the golf club to Plumpton Rd and back home via Kooringal Rd. Good to get out early as it is going to be another hot day today!

Morning run in Rawlings Park with Briohny and Darcy. Started out cool but had warmed up a bit by the time we finished. Lots of people out with their dogs this morning so Darcy was all over the place trying to make new friends! Briohny still running well despite her expanding condition:-)

Sunday long run. From home down to Kooringal Rd then onto Vincent Rd (never run along here before) out to Brunskill Rd and into Rawlings Park. Through Rawlings to Lake Albert and around the south and west sides and then back north along Kooringal Rd all the way down and into the cemetery and then along the power line Rd to the locked gate. Walked from there up the steep climb on Rocky Hill to our back gate. Distance is measured on Google Earth as the Garmin battery was flat this morning!
