Golf: didn't reach the high levels of Wednesday but still managed 37 points (with 2 wipes).

Awesome early morning run in Albury, from motel in town down to the river and then through the West Albury Wetlands (it's actually the settling ponds for the treatment works but you wouldn't really know) and return. Bitumen cycleway part of the way then gravel paths. Switched to a MTB single track on the way back which was hard work but fun.

Golf this arvo. Worked Monday so thought I'd have this afternoon off. Was well worth it: best I've played in quite a while, 43 points (with 3 x 3 putt greens so should have been even better). Won B Grade and back down to 14.

Really enjoyable morning cycle. Usual Rawlings-Mitchell Rd loop plus and an extra bit around the former Lake Albert, now "puddle" Albert - and it is starting to smell, mud and dead fish! Unbelieveable how quickly it has evaporated over the last week, probably only 5% full now.

So many people out walking, running and cycling, plus a heap at an Australia Day breakfast in Apex Park.

Morning run. Plumpton, Boiling Down, Redbank, Lake loop. Quite cool this morning and, after a slow start, felt pretty good the whole way. A few twinges still in the knee.
