Morning run from home down to Deb's work to pick up the car, via Kooringal Rd and the river. First day of my holidays and a nice cool morning for a run.

Early morning run before flying to Sydney for work. Out past the Boat Club and Lake to the west edge of Rawlings Park and return. Nice and cool to start but already warming up by the time I got home at 7:00am

On my physio's advice, I tried some hill intervals this afternoon. He wants me to start putting the hammy under a bit more stress.

Nothing excessive, just 3 repeats up a 300m section of Red Hill Rd. Splits were pretty even and not quick by any measure: 1.22, 1.21, 1.23 with 2 minute slow recovery back down the hill. Hammy definitely felt tight whilst running but no after effects.

Time includes 10 minute warm up/down from and back home on a very warm afternoon.

Usual Lake Albert, Rawlings, Mitchell Rd, Rawlings ride. A bit late this morning so starting to get quite warm by the time I got home.
