Good to be finally back running, although very slow and easy. Physio this morning said I should be OK to start again so ran out to the Boat Club and return from home after work. No major problems apart from the heat and the flies:-)

Afternoon ride after driving back from Griffith, so needed a leg stretch. Same route as Sunday. Warm, windy and small flying insects in plague-like numbers!

Latish morning ride, pretty much the same as Monday, but extended the ride through Rawling's out to Brunskill Rd. A lot warmer today, heading for 35C.
