Saturday Stableford on a brilliant Spring afternoon at Country Club. Disappointing 34 points after being 2 up with 3 to play. Should have had at least 38!

Another session on the bike, a little bit more intense this time. Still sore in the back and hammy. Starting to worry I will have no fitness left for Carnivals coming up. More physio Friday.
