Running 45:10 [3] 8.0 km (5:39 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Afternoon run up onto Willan's Hill from home. Ran through to Baden Powell Dr and then return. Four fairly big hills in this one, the first of which is about 1.5km of long steady climb, the remaining 3 short and steep. Happy with the way in went up all of them today although time isn't flash. Starting to stay lighter longer in the evenings now though almost dark when I got home at 6:00pm.

Running 38:40 [3] 7.5 km (5:09 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 9

Afternoon lap of Lake Albert from home. Steady run, right hammy a bit sore after some "rough" treatment at physio this morning. Seems I have a trapped nerve but she certainly found it!! Still tight and catching but have some exercises to work on.

Running 1:37:45 [3] 18.0 km (5:26 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Sunday morning long run with Briohny from her place and around central Wagga. Going well for the first half then tiredness from yesterday's efforts started to hit. Managed to keep going the whole way but my pace dropped a little in the last 3 kms and Briohny headed off in front.

Orienteering race 21:45 [4] **** 3.3 km (6:35 / km)
spiked:19/19c shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 9

Sprint race at CSU. Being just 90 minutes after this morning's long run, my legs were a little fatigued and didn't want to go up the hills! Nice course and I navigated well (helps to have mapped the area!). Very cold, probably because I was wearing a couple of layers less than earlier.

A big weekend for me, just over 34kms in 2 days, probably the most running I have ever done in that time!
